Allied Home LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at Allied Home LLC's discretion, provided that the product is returned to the company with proof of purchase, and it is determined that the product is defective due to materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost merchandise, or damage from the elements. Do not send your product back to the retailer.

This Limited Manufacturer Warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Allied Home LLC and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations. All other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
Allied Home LLC reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of the sale of the products in question.
